It was so easy to book. The room was excellent and kept clean and tidy ample free parking for the night Great idea to have self check in and key entry code We didn't have breakfast as we had to be at the airport for 4 am Would recommend and deffinetly go back again. Lovely place

Lovely guesthouse perfect for my short stay and good value for the price.I checked in after hours so no staff on duty but I was sent a clear message on how to access my room. It was a single room with an en-suite shower, clean and plenty of hot water. Room also had a tv and complementary tea and coffee. Plenty of parking outside and easy to access off the main road. Would use again

Basic but clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. Only one thing - not a problem, but the Expedia page probably ought to have the tag for "breakfast available" removed, along with the pictures of a delicious fry-up - according to the documentation, there's not been anything along those lines since Covid :)

There is no breakfast the photos on Expedia are deceiving as they show cooked breakfast. There is no cutlery or crockery if you order food etc. There is no shower gel or shampoo as per normal for most properties The toilet in room 1 didn’t always flush as the cistern only intermittently refilled. I don’t like the replies the owner gives to reviews that are negative - a little bit insulting and defensive rather than acknowledging issues. It was easy to check in and clean and tidy.

It's all self check in so you can arrive out of hours which was great for us. The room was clean and there are tea making facilities. Overall we had a good stay although the people upstairs were noisy from about 5am..

The room was clean and self check-in was easy and as described in the mail. Bearing in mind the low price this is as expected. The only issue is that the property is signed 'Bridgewater Farm', not 'Bridge Farm'. There is a Bridge Farm down a small lane 5 minutes away so it took some time to find.

Positives : close to the airport and has parking. However, the room was terribly hot and there was no fan. If you opened the window the traffic, which is constant, could be heard even louder. The surfaces were sticky (bedside tables and coffee table) plus the bathroom had a terrible smell of drain. The mattress was sagging. To add, entering the property from the main road was easy but exiting it not so much given the overgrown hedges in combination with the constant traffic. Consider existing as the traffic flows and taking the roundabout if you are going to the airport.
