"Great Breakfast and great rooms. The hotel is very convenient to the train station. Word of advice, don’t exit onto market street with the stairs. Take the Waverley st exit and walk across the bridge. More direct when you have rolling luggage. "

"We loved this hotel! It was in a great location, with a wonderful staff. Matt, the concierge was incredibly helpful! Every suggestion he made was excellent and he taught us how to use the tube, which was very easy."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."
