The staff was amazing. The bellman were very helpful as well. The location was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel.

When we arrived, we were told our room was unavailable but we could get into an available room for additional charge. Never had this happen before in all my travels to Europe. In addition, the cold water knob in the shower didn't work on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Room was clean and location is good.

This hotel is dated but the staff and proximity to London’s theatre district more than made up for its lack of modernization. This is a grand old broad with new outfits - including a not so finished fitness center, pop up restaurant and lovely bar.
