Room was excellent, very good size and bathroom was well equipped.
Staff were very attentive and little things like remembering your name.
We had a wonderful stay
Staff is amazing. Concierge team is extremely helpful and makes your morning and evenings enjoyable. Bar team is also amazing, disciplined and inviting. Rooms are fine, nothing elaborate. Bathrooms are oversized, which was nice for the 3 of us.
When we arrived, we were told our room was unavailable but we could get into an available room for additional charge. Never had this happen before in all my travels to Europe.
In addition, the cold water knob in the shower didn't work on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.
Room was clean and location is good.

This hotel is dated but the staff and proximity to London’s theatre district more than made up for its lack of modernization. This is a grand old broad with new outfits - including a not so finished fitness center, pop up restaurant and lovely bar.
