"I’ve officially had my WORST hotel experience from booking here. I rented a room after my wedding and was assessed a smoking fee for a room that was NOT smoked in. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked what documentation (because there were no charges on the receipt) they used to assess the fee they “could not disclose” so it’s completely up to their discretion if they want to steal $250 from you. "The hotel was beautiful. My issue is that while we were out, the cleaning staff opened a window that opens directly outside with no screen. The window was approx 2.5 ft high and we were 22 floors up. I have an infant that crawled to the window before I knew what was happening. Thank god nothing happened but when I told the hotel manager my concern, she simply said she doubted a baby could lift themselves up to fall out…."

"Great location, central to many things. Friendly staff who were courteous and professional. Dislikes- room setup was odd, walked right into bathroom as enter the room. Awful view- only saw another brick wall, could not determine the weather or observe busyness of the city. Also, all other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at offer complimentary breakfast."

"Check in was a little confusing, as it is 2 separate properties. I was not happy that I had to use valet for parking, at an up charge. That information was not on the website. And with parking already outrageously expensive for people who are paying guests, adding another $5-$10, plus tip is ridiculous!"

"This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. Even on the 15th floor, the sirens are still pretty loud and woke me several times, but welcome to the city :). Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Cost for the hotel was...
