"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Johnathan the owner greeted us at the door as we entered which was nice.when my five year old granddaughter asked for a balcony he said he would which made her day.the room had a bunk bed and a double bed.wardrobe and a set of draws.tea and coffee.fantastic views from room.breakfast is good.woll be back"

"The room was very clean, large, and comfortable. The people working there could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We dealt with three different gentlemen at the front desk and the lovely ladies that served our delicious breakfast and they all went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Bath."

"Such an unexpected delight to stay here in Weston-super-Mare. Smart property, super-clean. The attention to detail in the public areas was perfectly matched by the bedrooms. Truly excellent. The in-room snacks,were welcome, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was uber chic, with high end toiletries provided. Housekeeping was flawless, location; great and Andrew, our host was perfect. Absolutely recommend!"

"The staff were very nice and had no issues with them, the surrounding area was great, plenty of shops and things to explore. The Hotel needs a fair amount of work to bring it up, the room although clean needs redecorating, scuffed torn wallpaper, chipped furniture, cracked tiles are not a good look. The room is next to the town centre but it was very noisy so we hardly slept, two beds were pushed together and they were very uncomfortable, one dipped to one side when you laid on it. "The location of this hotel is GREAT. Everything is walkable. We selected a rate offered on Expedia that included valet parking(convenience) and buffet breakfast (excellent). We booked “premium king” which is NOT a Canadian or American King size bed. It is more like a queen. I learned that you really need to book a TWIN bed room. Then ask them to “zip” the 2 twin beds together. Also be careful when you check out, we had prepaid on Expedia (3 months prior when I booked) but the booking didn’t show...

"A nice modern hotel in the centre of Bath. Close to the train station and to many shops and restaurants. A short walk to the Abbey, the pump room and the Baths. We were very impressed by the barman, Thomas, who was friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for just over two weeks and could recommend this hotel."

"It's within 10 minute walking distance to centre of town. There is an ok but overpriced Indian restaurant, but setting for food. Big Sainsbury's nearby. Property is standard HI Express, clean, ok breakfast. Only real criticism is having stayed at HI Express a lot over the past 5 months in different places for work, would be good if they could vary the breakfast a bit."
