"The check in was horrible I put a friend down as a secondary and they wouldn’t let me check in cuz they said she was the primary person which was not true I had to get a hold of my agent and change the name so I can check in and they made me late for work which they didn’t care and the girl at the front desk was very rude"

"The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

"Very dirty ceilings with mold or water stains and multiple floor stains and hard and stiff beds and they had weird bathrooms. It has really low ceilings."

"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). "The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back."
