"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"So helpful the lady at the front desk was checking in , she gave me an umbrella to use the next day for the heavy rain. And 2 bottles of water. Felt safe staying here for my solo travel and everything was clean ! All hotel workers were nice and friendly . I loved my stay at hotel aka !!"

"This was our first stay at the verb and aside from the absolute coolness of the hotel itself (in room record players!!) the staff was very polite and helpful! The rooms were clean and the in hotel restaurant was an added bonus! Many walkable restaurants and bars if you’re catching a game at Fenway or a show at the HOB this is a great hotel for the price!
