"The continental breakfast is great! It’s a city eclectic boutique hotel, with a nice pool, spa, fitness center and small game room. The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training. Very family friendly. Great location. We would stay again."

"Room was HUGE! Nice patio overlooking the property and trees. The day we arrived, there was tacos and bbq happening for Father’s Day. Staff were friendly and let us check in early after a long drive and day. There is a restaurant and store on property. Store was reasonably priced. Quiet and peaceful."

"The place was very dirty. The walls, the lobby, the courtyard, the elevator and especially my room. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was very old and not very clean. The towels were questionable. I didn’t shower or bath there, nor did I attend their happy hour or free breakfast. If it weren’t such a quick 24 hour trip, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe that this place is located in Cupertino, across the street from Apples headquarters."

"Upon checking in, the front desk representative mentioned twice that I had not booked directly with the hotel and had used Expedia to book my stay. We were assigned a room on the second floor and were horrified by the unpleasant smell upon entering the room. There were multiple large stains on the carpet, and the bathroom floor was unclean and had dark stains on the flooring and sides of toilet. I asked for a new room and was informed it would be an upgrade fee since I booked a normal room...
