"Our stay was great. The hotel is definitely older. The decks are creaky, the fixtures are older, but they are maintaining everything pretty well. It’s pretty and the courtyard area is nice to walk through. Parking is simple and the location is really nice. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was very poor and they don’t have any available juices, neither alternatives. We felt some roughness from the lady at the front desk at our check in, she wasn’t friendly at all. Besides, we enjoyed the facility. It is very nice."

"It took over an hour to get our breakfast served at the restaurant. Housekeeping only came once in 3 days and the didn’t remove the dirty towels"

"The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."

"Breakfast just Ok. Shower in room dripped all night, shower door broke, door to closet wouldn’t shut, Couldn’t get Fox 10 on TV . Bed was good!"

"The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, with a visible ring inside the bowl that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower had a similar issue. The door handles were covered in grime, and I even saw a cockroach in the room. The bedding had crusty residue on it as well. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, I checked out a day early. I was also charged for drinks I did not purchase at the bar, including additional items that were not mine. Parking was ok....

"There was makeup on the hair dryer and door, hair in the shower and on the toilet. The whole building has an old wet smell and you can find evidence for a desperately needed update and deep clean everywhere you look."
