"Great location. Everything was great up until the last night when we had no hot water and could not take a shower nor wash our faces 😞
Do not expect to have cleaners every day. You can request clean towels and anything you need at the 24 hr. Reception 😀"

"Our room was on the forth floor and there is no elevator. So we had to carry our luggage up all of those small twisty carpeted steps. Not fun and not possible for my elderly mother. They also had our room clean early but wouldn’t let us in it early to leave our luggage. No very helpful. Also our bathroom was the size of a closet with a very small phone booth for a shower. Not great but clean for a short stay."

"We had a wonderful stay.
Paul and Michael are so friendly and helpful, they recommended lots of trips and reserved a whiskey experience for us.
Crescent House is a beautiful property and the breakfast was so delicious, so much choice.

"Property was kind of run down. Very odd set up for breakfast. We forgot a battery pack and converter on our room and was able to tell them the exact color, kind and location it was at and oddly enough no one could find it. Very sad."

"Great check in staff the bar kitchen area was really not kept clean & tidy it was busy but it seemed no one was clearing tables

"Beautiful well maintained gardens and golf course along with cleanliness, the castle architecture and interior was very unique.
Something’s of concern were, there should be vents or exhaust fans in the toilets. Also, they close for dinner very early and because of this the bar gets too crowded for food and drinks. I wasn’t able to get my drink because of the long line. The food was very delicious and the portions were filling. I will definitely recommend this place and would come back for stay...

"It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced...
