"Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Room was clean and functional. Bathroom was great. Good selection for breakfast. Really liked the fresh coffee idea, but feel like there should be more coffee stations. When I wake up I like to have a coffee and didn’t feel like I could wander down through reception and the breakfast area to get one in my pyjamas. Maybe just having additional stations by the lifts on each floor would be great."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."
