"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Anne was very helpful in finding a place that I could purchase a cane which I had forgotten at home. The hotel was located close to the old city, a nice walk to everything. Breakfast was good. Wait staff were pleasant and courteous."

"The hotel's access is a bit mysterious. When we reached to the correct place to check-in, we were introduced to the staff at that moment who made us feel that we are a burden on them. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and we were okay with waiting for the start of check-in time. However, we were also curious if we could do early check-in, and when we asked for availability, the staff working at that moment first showed horrific emotions as if we asked for something impossible, and then they started mumbling in their own native language. Whenever we were trying to have a conversation with them, they always cut us off and spoke too fast as if they have no time and they have to catch a train. After some time when they found a room for us to check-in early, they acted as they are doing a favour on us. All in all it was a very bad experience and it ruined our excitement to explore Manchester."

"The hotel apartment itself was really good. It's just a shame our first room had Aircon problems but they transferred us to another room (lower floor) and upgraded us which was appreciated. Even tho we lost an hour for our dinner due to movement and troubleshooting, it balanced out with their kind gesture. However, our second room was on the lower floor and there was a man who kept on shouting on his phone outside the main square near the hotel until 1am-ish which we could hear in our room. Since we are light sleepers it really annoyed us. We finally had to move to another bedroom in the apartment just to be able to sleep around 2am. I would recommend higher floor for soundproofing but the hotel/apartment itself has everything you need for short or long stays."

"Very nice hotel room very comfortable lovely breakfast bit disappointed with the restaurant food was told could not order till 8 30 we were sitting there since 7 pm then when we ordered there was no pizza which we wanted limited choice of menu otherwise fantastic stay "
