"Clean room liked the idea of two duvets on the bed, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely polite. Good breakfast plenty of choices, I requested veggie/vegan sausage and it was we're freshly cooked for me. Unlimited teas and coffee available during the stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "The breakfast was buffet which I found excellent. My Wife who has coeliac disease was catered for extremely well by all staff who explained not only what was at the Buffet but also what could be provided by kitchen due to her condition "

"Lovely room we checked in early with upgrade to higher floor which was nice a/c a little noisy nice breakfast but bacon bit dried up. Hotel very close to train station which was handy to leave luggage and spend time in the city would stay again "
