"Room was clean and functional. Bathroom was great. Good selection for breakfast. Really liked the fresh coffee idea, but feel like there should be more coffee stations. When I wake up I like to have a coffee and didn’t feel like I could wander down through reception and the breakfast area to get one in my pyjamas. Maybe just having additional stations by the lifts on each floor would be great."

"The hotel was an ideal location to the event that we attended, nice bar, staff and amenities. The only downsides that I found were that the toilet seat and lid were not soft close in the room, the toilet flush in the hotel room was difficult to flush ( I did let the hotel staff know on departing) and the toilet flush was behind the toilet lid whenever the lid was up.( poor design?) But enjoyed our night stay and the breakfast the following morning."

"Hotel was clean and in a new condition. The staff unfortunately let this stay down. We booked in for my husbands birthday, booked a late check out, spa day with massage. There was no effort to say happy birthday or recognition of his birthday, when we went back up to the room the room card didnt work because they hadn't sorted the late check out so ended ip in reception in my robe, not ideal. Maybe we're use to hotels were they make attempt human connection / friendliness. Shame really, not...

"There was supposed to be parking at the hotel, but no one answered the buzzer and the staff on a smoke break outside told us to use the public car park across the street. We arrived 20minutes before check, so had to wait. Went to check in the queue was ridiculously long extending outside of the hotel and down the street, because only one computer terminal was working. The receptionist was miserable and rude. We had to pay an extra £30 when we asked what that was for? She snapped it was in case...

"The Hotel Bedroom Heating System had a low temperature. The Bathroom wall vent was noisy and blew out cold air. No Hotel Restaurant Food menu for Afternoon and Evening dining. The Hotel does not provide decent priviledges for IHG Club Members. Noisy Guests slamming Doors."

"The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens.
