"Room was clean and functional. Bathroom was great. Good selection for breakfast. Really liked the fresh coffee idea, but feel like there should be more coffee stations. When I wake up I like to have a coffee and didn’t feel like I could wander down through reception and the breakfast area to get one in my pyjamas. Maybe just having additional stations by the lifts on each floor would be great."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. "The hotel was an ideal location to the event that we attended, nice bar, staff and amenities. The only downsides that I found were that the toilet seat and lid were not soft close in the room, the toilet flush in the hotel room was difficult to flush ( I did let the hotel staff know on departing) and the toilet flush was behind the toilet lid whenever the lid was up.( poor design?) But enjoyed our night stay and the breakfast the following morning."
