"Needed an inexpensive one-night stay after a show at Toyota Amphitheater and this place was about as close as you can get at a good price. My only expectations were clean and safe. My expectations were exceeded in both areas. Although the parking lot and general neighborhood don't present overly well, the room was clean, everything worked, and it was quiet. A good overall value. "

"Nice quiet room on the east side second floor. Nothing fancy, but clean and served the purpose for a bed and quick shower in the morning before hitting the road again."

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
