"We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help....

The two days I’d stayed at one of the studios I have people coming in without me knowing it. It seemed like maintenance people or cleaning staff showed up to the studio 2 and I was never notified. "Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."
