"We booked this hotel for a basketball tournament, but once the game schedule was released, we realized we no longer needed the room. Unfortunately, even though we had purchased trip insurance, we were unable to cancel our reservation. Because of the tournament schedule, we had a lot of downtime between Friday and Sunday. "The hotel is older, which at first I was a little nervous. BUT, it is very clean and the room we had was huge in comparison with other hotels that I have stayed in! The beds were also the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. There are many convenient places to shop and eat right by the hotel as well. That came in handy for my daughter and myself. "My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!"

"Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation."
