"Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone. After...

"Ask them about repair work before booking. Pool out of order and wall paper in common areas was being replaced one floor at a time when I stayed."

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "

"The room we stayed in was a bit tatered and needing some attention. Sink area was cracked and in need of repairs. The door to the toilet/shower area was too big and hard to close once in the bathroom. "
