"This lodging is a great place to stay!! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew are very helpful and friendly. Our room provided everything we needed for a restful night including a very comfortable bed. It’s a great value for the price and a regular spot for us when we are in the Minneapolis metro area."

"Place is in dire need of a remodel. Room had spots of paint peeling all over (probably due to poor wall prep). A/C unit was louder and didn't dry out the humidity. Elevator was hot and stuffy. Bed was lumpy. Decor way out of date. Clear signs of wear throughout. Breakfast ending at 9 is a bit early (10 is best) and attendant was rude when asked a question. Just start over La Quinta."

"The room was clean, the staff was very nice. My only problem is that I did not know I needed to make arrangements for airport shuttle in advance upon arriving. When I called, they could get someone there, but it would be an hour so I took an Uber. If you need the shuttle, be sure to make arrangements when you book your reservation."

"After staying at the Moxy Minneapolis - Downtown, I was surprised to see this location appear to be more run down. Our sink handle was broken, the room was dirty, and we could barely sleep due to the bright lights and noise from the street. The parking was also underwhelming and the bartender was rude. If you are looking for a hotel in Minneapolis, I would stay at the downtown location instead."

"The room was in rough condition the bathroom door barely closed the toilet didn't flush properly and the hallway was covered in stains on the 2nd floor. The stairs also smelled like urine."

"Generally speaking we were very pleased with our stay. We liked our room, the breakfast and the helpful staff. Our TV didn’t work, but we did not bring it up to the staff since we had not intended to watch TV. We had problems the blackout curtains now opening/closing easily. The biggest issue was the fact that the ice machine was not working on our floor. But even with these issues, we enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there again."

"This is always a go to hotel for myself and my family!!! we love the little apartment field of the rooms like we’re residence. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is clean and well-maintained. Overall, our stay is always good. On that note, we did call for extra blankets and pillows since there were none in the extra drawers or closet in the room for our daughter. It was a late night out having fun in the cities on vacation and we waited and waited. Finally called the front desk for the second...

"All front desk staff were pleasant. We had a plumbing challenge and they were on top of it. Breakfast was good and high quality. The bed was good as was the sofa bed. Would stay there again."
