Kitchen was great! Large balcony overlooking the pool. The only drawback was the pool was very murky. We did not swim. Bedroom was great. Bathroom huge. Very nice place!

The amenities and kitchen items provided everything I needed. The place was tranquil and quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked great (a must for me), the location was perfect. I had such a relaxing time and even planning to book again. A note to the owner that an information sheet explaining locking and unlocking the door would be most helpful as I had a difficult time at first trying to figure out the digital lock. However this was no hindrance to a perfect stay!

Everyone was so nice and accommadating. Christina,Berta and Emillio were extremely nice. The place had everything one could imagine especially in the yucatan room which comes with your own small pool. This last week of our vacation was the BEST thanks to all and we will see you all again next year for at least 2 weeks. ❤️ to all!

Our stay at Casa Riviera was excellent. We stayed in the Basic Apartment and it was great. It was really clean and nicely appointed. Full kitchen with bar counter and stools, living room area with a huge sectional and coffee table. Nice sized bedroom with bathroom. The balcony was huge with room for reclining chairs and a full table and chairs. We were providing with everything needed for the beach - beach towels, 2 chairs, and umbrella, and 3 different beach bags. The pool onsite was also great and we used it often. This is a great choice in Bucerias in a quiet area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Home away from home! The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice to arrive and have some basic supplies in place. Centrally located on a quiet street. Short walk to restaurants, shops and beach. There is a friendly superintendent that visits daily should you need any assistance. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Riviera. The room was huge, and the kitchen and everything we could have wanted to prepare breakfast and coffee each morning. The balcony was gorgeous although would have liked an umbrella to create some shade. A great location as only 5 mins to walk to the beach and town. Was clean, very comfortable and would highly recommend.

10 potential just a bad day !!

We had a lovely stay complicated by a day without water Not the fault of the hotel but a pretty big inconvenience considering we spent our last day on a boat and did not come home till late to NOT have a shower or toilet to come home to or wake up to on our last day was difficult !!! The owner communicated as best they could, but it did dampen our stay. The room and the building were lovely ! Clean and tasteful and super convenient I would totally recommend and love the unit but hauling water at ten PM was a bit of a let down and the water took a long time to come back well into the next day. We found a resort near by to have a shower before we left . Had we had earlier notice we may have booked the last night elsewhere .

Husband and I stayed in premium apartment on third floor of this property for 2 weeks From initial booking to checkin to checkout everything was first class snd seamless. Communication with Manuel the host was instantaneous. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and fully functional. All appliances except dishwasher including in suite washer and dryer. King size bed was comfortable with amazing linens. Towels provided are white snd luxurious. Its decorated tastefully and meticulously clean. Full balcony with table and chairs. View of ocean. 3 blocks from the beach. There’s 2 beach chairs with beach umbrella and cooler for beach days. Well maintained pool on main floor with deck loungers under swaying palm trees We had opportunity to view other apartments and house on this property and all are beautiful, and well maintained. We highly recommend this property for able bodied guests. The walk from beach is on incline! We got our exercise which was needed after dining on amazing food in the many walkable restaurants nearby.Large Grocery/department store 10 minute walk from property. A staff member who is an uber driver provided our airport transport approx 15 minute drive. Such a great quiet hideaway. Don't hesitate to book here! Betty from Canada
