"The best five star I’ve stayed in. The pool is fantastic, the music by the bar at night is beautiful. The grounds were immaculate."

"Staying 2 nights at the ocean view room floor 7, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Rooftop bar was excellent too. Walkable distance to the beach and many seafood resto just in front of the hotel. The downside is the resto closed until midnight, so the noise from the resto, fireworks, dogs barking can be heard from the room. Have a bit difficulty opening the door of the hotel room, a bit tricky, the hotel should fix it. But overall it was a great stay."

"Overall hotel ini indah sekali. Kamar mereka bisa dibilang antique. Try tinggal di deket pantai. Deket sekali dengan pantai, tinggal jalan kaki. Bisa melihat sunset atau sunrise. Ini hotel bagus untuk psangan , keluarga. Kolam renang mereka banyak. En makanan mereka enak. Deket sekali dengan water sport di tanjung benoa."

"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours.
