"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. "Staff were courteous and room was clean with a nice view from our balcony. Certain room even have direct access to the pool from your balcony. Security was tight as they have guards to check every car that comes in."
