"The premises and the setting are fantastic. However, I do not believe the overall value matches the price charged. During our stay, there was a blackout on the island. Unfortunately, the hotel’s water system relies entirely on electric pumps, which meant that the toilet, basin, and shower became unusable. As a result, we could not use the bathroom facilities at all for several hours. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected an emergency backup power system, but this was not available....

"Staying 2 nights at the ocean view room floor 7, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Rooftop bar was excellent too. Walkable distance to the beach and many seafood resto just in front of the hotel. The downside is the resto closed until midnight, so the noise from the resto, fireworks, dogs barking can be heard from the room. Have a bit difficulty opening the door of the hotel room, a bit tricky, the hotel should fix it. But overall it was a great stay."

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in,...
