"The location was perfect for us. It feels like a safe area and it's a very clean City. The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would probably stop me from going back was the bed. It was a bit stiff for us, and we did not rest as good as we would have hoped to."

"Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

"No cleaning staff to be found on a Sunday. I wanted to get fresh sheets on the bed and requested fresh towels but I had to go down to front desk to get them because no one else can bring them up to my room. Coffee is $4. Guests should be given free coffee at least. Parking is sooo expensive!!! I stayed at Hotel Burbank one time and my parking was free. The lights in the bathroom keeps turning on by itself during the night. I had to get up to turn it off. Why can’t we just have a normal on/off...

"The best hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve had an amazing experience, parking by the pool which is inside the building protected by a gate which can be opened by the same key as your room key. My fiancé and I stayed here 8 nights. We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"Everything was great. The AC would just turn on and off so that was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay. Parking was also convenient."

"This is one of the worst hilton locations ever, the staff is rude, disrespectful and they allow theft and do nothing about it. The front desk clerk Christina needs to learn how to do her job correctly asked for housekeeping spoke to Christina three times , yet no housekeeping after being promised, I was given towels sheets and trash bags to change myself if that's the case I would of stood at motel 6, to be expected to do housekeeping job is a complete joke, not one member of tjlhe staff tried...

"At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there...

"The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious."

"No coffee pot available, only 2 forks- no other silverware, pots pans very old, no glasses, a flipper and spoon supplied. We were able to get a wine cork. No kitchen towels. We stayed so we could cook! Also NO hairdryer! I have never stayed in a hotel where there were no hairdryers. The iron and board were ok. The carpet at entrance was very frayed and nails poked up… The whole place was very tired! I would not stay again or recommend it. Parking was adequate Cleaning staff very...

"I liked the spacious rooms, super friendly staff, loved the smaller hotel it was very safe an parking in front of your room door.it did not have all the sketchy people coming in an out like the Ramada hotel did. I would definitely book here again."

"The Tangerine was such a nice place to stay! It was perfect for just my daughter and I. Upon arriving my daughter did not feel that great , as soon as we walked in , we were able to get a room and the beautiful front desk hostess Dani , gave her water and told her to sit on the couch until I completed our check out. Our entire stay was perfect!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. My mom really enjoyed her day as well. Customer service was very good. The food at the bar was really good as well. The pool was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The robes are super soft overall 10 out of 10 experience the location is amazing across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and bank, eating areas, breakfast areas dry cleaners, nail salon. The location is perfect. You’re looking for a hotel in Burbank. I highly recommend this hotel."
