"This was such a great hotel!!! Nice rooms, a lovely balcony to chill on at certain times, the staff was excellent! I was really impressed and I will be back when im in the area!!!!!!!"

"Clean, updated rooms, quick easy check in. Coffee and juice available during office hours. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Easy walk to 7-11. Plenty of parking - we always got a spot right by our room. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Anything near to LA can be sketchy but this was pretty good. This was our second time staying here and would stay again."

"Our flight was delayed and we arrive 12:30am, receptionist arranged a Lyft driver wh was prompt Upon checking out, a Lyft driver was arranged by receptionist, a driver arrived promptly in a midsize 4 door sedan, unsble to accommodate our party of 5. Our driver took 3 of us and another guest graciously allowed the other 2 on our party to ride with him to airport Also our tub had a large paint chip missing on floor of tub"

"It was a nice stay, conveniently located. Parking is $25/night and our room was not ready at check in time but we only had to wait 20 minutes. The pool and hot tub were nice and rooms were clean and comfortable."

"I stayed here for the proximity to DTLA & the Burbank Gallery I have my art in. Considering it is on the Fwy, it was quiet... The lobby doors are perpetually LOCKED and there is no sign to direct customers to the side office window. There is No Breakfast as advertised, however, there is Free parking. The room was clean: the bed was soft, the sofa was so old & worn, & soft that I couldn't get up off of it. No clocks, no microwave. The towels were rough and had holes in them. The shower head...

"Staff was rude, I had booked a room for my husband and son that were traveling to Cali for a funeral and they weren’t able to stay because I wasn’t there, the lady who helped me over the phone had said it was ok and all my husband had to do was have a pic of my ID, when he got there the guy who was at the font desk turned them away and said they couldn’t stay there because I wasn’t present… he was rude about it and was careless of my refund when I told him I needed my money back, the hotel is...

"The refrigerator made a loud noise the whole time. Made it a little hard to sleep. The breakfast was only coffee, no food of any kind."
