"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). "The property is beautiful but their systems are outdated as it took me over 15 minutes to check in because the card reader was falling apart and the system was timing out. The room was mediocre compared to other Marriott’s that I have stayed in. The furniture in the room is outdated and there were many rust spots in the bathroom. "

"The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

"Bathroom door had no handle, just indent to slide and didnt even close all the way. Air conditioner blowed in weird smells from outside. Safe had a piece of it, detached and left inside. Breakfast was just bagels, bread, waffles, and cereal. Muffins were nasty"
