"We were hesitant to try the Universal shuttle as it wasn’t a guarantee that we would get on the reservation time picked. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Close to universal and plenty of food options. A restock of the kitchen utensils and just putting the A/C on a few hours before our arrival are the only suggestions I have. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again."

"Everything was great. The AC would just turn on and off so that was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay. Parking was also convenient."

"The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed.
