Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. "Was a nice place as it a golf club and spa thought it would be quite but our weekend they had a load of kit sport cars and on both Saturday and Sunday there where outside reviving the car engine from 6 :30 in the morning so wasn’t relaxing at all which was a shame cos it was beautiful hotel and grounds"
