"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "Overall, it was a nice hotel. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, we think the bathroom could use some renovation. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the parking fee was quite reasonable, which was a plus. The breakfast was slightly below our expectations. Based on the reviews, the hotel was rated as “top rated” which naturally raised our expectations. We honestly couldn’t understand what justified that rating. "ノリッジ空港に深夜に到着する予定だったため、空港近くでリーズナブルなこのホテルに予約。部屋は広く清潔でしたが、一晩中換気の音がかなり大きかったのが、1番の欠点。隣りに24時間のマクドナルドがあり、朝食はリーズナブルにそちらを利用しました。シティセンターに行くバス停もそれほど遠くなく、空港近くにあるもうひとつのホテルと比べると、コスパは良いと思いました。"

"We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! The room was an awkward shape and a very poor layout. The furniture looked really tired and the wardrobe had a handle missing, there was...
