Hotel dekat Busch Tennis Courts

"Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space."

"One word- cockroach. I went to bed around 11:00PM, and I looked up at the ceiling to a bug I had never seen before. I texted my daughter a pic and asked her what it was. It was a cockroach. She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

"Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops."

"Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in."

"The picture showed the hot tub still being there but they took the hot tub out and that was the only reason I paid the ridiculous price for one night it’s not worth that much money a night."

"Room was clean and staff was very helpful!"

"Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college."

"Clean room and good breakfast"

"Most of the staff we met were very pleasant, but the checkin person was unhelpful. I was unhappy that the hefty “resort fee” had been hidden in fine print, adding significantly to the cost of the room. When I asked why we were being charged such a fee, the check-in clerk’s reply was “we charge everyone” — not a helpful answer. This encounter left a bad impression on me, and while I like to support Colonial Williamsburg, I won’t stay in one of their hotels again. I also think Expedia should...

"Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again."

"Everything was great."

"Property looked more like a motel and one of my friends found bugs in her breakfast"

"The room had inadequate lighting and the AC/heater did not work."

"Overall great experience"

"I booked 4 nights here thru Expedia. I stayed 2 nights, and both mornings I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed in my room. I checked out after two nights and requested a refund for the unused two nights. Hotel wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because I booked thru Expedia. Expedia wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because the hotel wouldn’t approve a waiver. I was not offered a different room or any other possible solution. I left this hotel and made alternate...
