"I booked two rooms in January of this year. They both looked the same as far as bedding etc. When we arrived our son and daughter in law got a room as advertised and my husband and I were out on another building that was nothing like the photos and old. We were very disappointed I would be very clear you do not want out on the old building that you have to have there old keys to get into your room "

The overall property showed significant signs of neglect. There was visible water damage on the flooring, which made the room feel poorly maintained. "We booked this last minute and the staff was excellent. Nice quiet room right in the heart of Venice. It included breakfast that was wonderful. Fresh eggs and pastries. Coffee made to order and a very attentive young man to help."
