"Pine Hill Eco Lodge is in an excellent location but it’s up a rather steep hill so it’s best to take a Grab car when out shopping. The two room cabin is wonderful BUT the stairs to each bed room are VERY Steep so please consider a different room if you have issues with stairs. The front staff were amazing and helped us with tickets and even ordering a birthday cake. "If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"
