"I went to istanbul with 2 young children.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk, Safer, help us to book another night with a great price because our flight was at midnight. The location is also great, it is very close to grand market and other tourist area with proximity walking distance 10 to 20 minutes. "

"The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."

"The room we stayed in is supposed to be a superior room as it had a balcony with a view of the Haiga Sophia. It was a very small room with minimum closet space. The hotel is right downtown with easy access to all tourist sites. The T1 tram line stop is walking distance to the hotel. The staff is very helpful. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The Turkish breakfast was exceptional, fresh, delicious, and full of authentic variety each morning. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turkey."

"The hotel is adequate. The staff is nice and welcoming, the cleaning is fine. The bathroom facilities are very outdated and on the verge of not working. The bathroom door in our room couldn't close which was not ideal. The wifi did not reach our room, so if you are on it you have to sit in the lobby. The breakfast was very sparse and not worth the 10€ per person, per day. All in all the hotel is completely adequate, it needs some updates and repairs, but the stay was fine overall."
