Hotel dekat Alay Köşkü

"Muy buen lugar para alojarse, muy nuevo y está ubicado en el casco antiguo. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones limpias y bonitas. En total, muy recomendable 🙂"

"The hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.big thanks to lale she was there always for me , as well mister morat incredibly amazing and so helpful"

"Location, location, location. Staff extremely helpful. Everything from cleaning, breakfast and front desk carrying cases and recommendations for restaurants nearby, plus map. Room was superb. Gifts an added nice touch. Can’t fault it for the value paid."

"Il a pleut beaucoup lors de notre séjour et l’hôtel vend les parapluies au lieu de les offrir à ses clients. Demander des informations étaient aussi assez pénibles, ils m’ont remis une carte et les explications reçues des plus sommaires."

"This stay and hotel was spectacular. The property is very well-maintained and the staff was extremely personable and hospitable. They noticed my birthday on my passport and had a slice of cake for me on that day - it was a sweet surprise! On top of the beautiful staff and property, the location was optimal for site-seeing."

"Great location, super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sultanahmet district and the mosques nearby. The only quibble we had was that our room was on the small side and more space would have been welcome."

"Excelente servicio y atención es un 100% recomendado"

"Very Nice location. Our room was on -1 level and it was a bit noisy in the morning as it was located next to the spa/gym. The entrance was hard to find at midnight when we arrived. We didn’t take any breakfast there, so can’t rate it. Otherwise I recommend this hotel."

"Hotel a due passi da Santa Sofia , in una tranquilla in pieno centro di Sultanahamet, personale disponibil"

"Fine hotel."

"Great place and location"

"This is a great hotel for travellers who are mostly looking for a clean place to sleep, and don’t intend to spend much time using hotel amenities. The rooms (or at least ours) were quite small, but clean and well kept. While there’s no gym, pool, etc., there is a seating area at the front lobby and the hotel staff are super kind, and bring tea and coffee as you sit. The location of this hotel was prime. It was within walking distance of everything and right beside a subway and tram system...

"Breakfast food in their restaurant was superb each morning and hosted by helpful staff including Carmen! Great area to be in with many stores and other restaurants within a block. And a few blocks over by foot and you’re at Hagia Sofia!"

"Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced...

"スタッフの方はとても親切で説明もわかりやすかったです。 お風呂、トイレが夜から朝にかけて下水臭くなることが連日続きました。 また、夜はルーフトップバーからの音漏れがやや気になりました。"
