"I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by both the property and its location. Rising high above Taksim Square, this striking tower offers an exceptional combination of luxury, convenience, and city views. The reception team was warm, polished, and extremely efficient. I would especially like to recognize Dorukcan Ö., Ahmed K., and Vardıya S. for their outstanding assistance and gracious welcome. Check-in was remarkably smooth and quick while still feeling personal and attentive. The hotel offers an impressive range of amenities, including a large swimming pool with sea views, a glass-fronted fitness center overlooking Taksim Square, and a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views across Istanbul. The rooftop terrace, sometimes featuring DJs, is worth visiting even without dining there. A selection of shops and restaurants on the lower level adds further convenience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and quiet despite the central location, with generous windows overlooking the city. My room felt like a peaceful retreat above the energy of Istanbul, and the marble bathroom featured a luxurious rain shower and thoughtful amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. This property completely changed my opinion of staying near Taksim Square. Restaurants, shopping, the metro, taxis, and nightlife are all immediately outside, while the hotel provides a tranquil and polished environment. "The hotel was cute, cozy, and just as advertised. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the tours and cooking class offered by the hotel. They were a wonderful way to experience and learn more about Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Old Town Istanbul. It’s a lovely place to stay and a great location for exploring the area."

Seven Hills Palace & Spa

"The room at the Seven Seas was lovely. We were upgraded to a nicer room. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very very well. The concierge/front desk manager Erhan was extremely helpful. He made sure we found our driver at the airport, we arranged a transfer through the hotel. I would recommend this. Erhan also helped put together four different tours for us at a very reasonable price. Two days of walking tours, a luxury sunset, cruise, and one day visiting the Asian side of Istanbul with a driver and a guide. We cannot speak Highley enough about how well we were taken care of. And the rest of the staff was attentive and polite at all times. One comment about tours, is that the Topkapi tour was wonderful with a guide, it is expensive as it costs about $50 per person to visit the museum but well worth it. I do not think it is necessary to pay a similar amount to see Dolmabache Palace. It was not nearly as exciting as Topkapi. I did find overall that the Turkish people are very interested in wanting to share their history and equally, they are gracious about answering questions regarding the Muslim faith. This was a great learning experience for me and my husband. We enjoyed the mosques and found that our knowledge of the Muslim faith was greatly increased. Knowledge is power. Istanbul is fast moving, very diverse and colorful in a fascinating way. Go on a tour or sit and watch the many boats and ships that traverse the sea & Golden Horn 👍"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service We were warmly greeted and welcomed by Yunus and Amir, and from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. They provided amazing, outstanding customer service and were always so helpful and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time. They also gave us excellent information and guidance on how to get around, where to go, and how to make the most of our visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a difference. A huge thank you to Yunus and Amir for making our stay so enjoyable. They are a real credit to the team, and we would definitely recommend this place because of the exceptional service we received. The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. The bread was quite dry, and the breakfast selection and quality could definitely be better. With a little more attention to freshness and variety, the breakfast could match the excellent standard of service provided by the staff . If you need a quiet place to work or relax, this is a great choice. A Turkish hammam is also available, with hotel pick-up and drop-off for added convenience Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the exceptional hospitality from Yunus and Amir made our experience very special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Four - G Hotel Premium

"The Four G Premium is located in the absolute best spot. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only odd thing was that breakfast was in a sister hotel three doors down. Breakfast was really the only low spot. We didn't think much of the selection unless you're in to wieners and sweets. If you don't include it in your booking, they charged 18 Euros, and you can actually get a better breakfast down the street for less. It was convenient, though, and all the coffee and tea you want, so for Americans, that's a bonus."
