"This is hands down the best hotel i or my family have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The property is in a very serene setting, rooms are immaculate and have amazing views (we had two floors with a bedroom in each floor). Ther service was the winner. "Loved our stay with our family. Perfect little getaway fpr us with 2 kids inder 2 years old. We were able to enjoy the jaccuzi after the kids went to bed and had tge most oeaceful time! During the day there are trails and a playground. The staff was wonderful and and friendly and we did have daily housekeeping althpught they do not do dishes, no problema for our family but something to note if you plan on cooking. "

"The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. "Lovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too!
