"The room had dog hair on the furniture, the floor and tub wasn't cleaned and had i not got the room through an app i wouldnt have stayed. There was a terrible storm here which is why i needed to stay in a hotel so i expected the cable to be out for a couple of hours but i was never informed if it came on nor did i ever get a working remote. It was a total insult for them to charge me an extra $8 because im handicap and it was no one there! "

"The hotel was clean but a little dingy from being old. A nice pool and hot tub. The restaurant didn’t open till dinner. Good selection of items and snacks in the lobby store. Close to the highway and Crocker park for shopping and food. "

"Property appeared maintained and possibly recent updates. beds and room comfortable. bathtub needed attention. Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position. woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry.""

"As soon as i got there the glass doors were filthy. There is a horrific smell wofting through the hallways. There are no electric doors. Is there an elevator in this place? It does not seem handicap accessible to me. Also, the hallway carpet was filthy. Left for an evening out, front desk guy was sleeping. Bathrooms in room were great, except they obviously did not know what painters tape was. Room was tidy. "
