"I would have rated our stay a 5 except for one issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. No one ever came to repair the machine and when my clothes were returned, they were stuffed in a laundry bag and did not appear clean. This hotel has many levels and stairs are unavoidable. We had stayed before and knew this so not an issue. Staff was very willing to assist...

"Arrived with my teenage son for two nights. Located in a great area very walkable to amenities and shopping. Staff were nice. However, for a 5 Star property at this price point it was a terrible experience. 1. Power outlets all stopped working within 2 hours. Maintenance came and fixed it- one hour. 2.
