"Booked this hotel at rather last minute for a business meeting I got a good deal as a bankholiday monday evening and was in one of the suites. Once I had unpacked i sat to watch TV and do some work, i found the sofa had fake rose petals over it and moved the rug and they were all over that as well (clearly from the night before). I then put on the TV and found all the channels were not properly tuned no BBC channels at all and first channel ITV2 etc, also i found the shower very erratic hot or...

"Beautiful hotel and great location to the tube and to the Theatre district. I would have liked spots in the lobby while waiting for cabs to sit and I thought the wine was over priced other than that. Nice big room and very nice amenities."
