The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

"No elevator. The outside key card entrance door did not lock and the room door privacy lock was gone. The building is old and interior hallways look unkempt. Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty clean."

"Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

"The property is full Of mold in the windows tubs shower stalls…shower floors were slimy has to place 4 towels in the shower floor to feel just a little comfortable getting in there for a shower"

"Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton."
