"This was such a sad ending to our 3 week Italy trip. We had so many beautiful stays during our vacation. The staff were trying to be helpful so I do not fault them other than maybe needing some training to turn a sad face into a happy face. I'm not saying anything different than the other bad reviews for this hotel. The rooms are hurting. Not style wise but actual usefulness. Got our room inititially and the person was trying to sell it a little too much which made us skeptical. First it was by...

"Rooms were a good sz, however air did not work well and you were given two water bottles for your entire stay.
Walls are very thin and you can hear everything.
Patio is very small and not much of a view
Amenities are close by , as well as transportation.
If I was wanting a superior room I would have wanted and expected more than just a bed."

"The hotel can be accessed from the Lower level of the T3 arrival / departure building, via a free buss running every 15 minutes. Room was fairly spacious and very clean. Bar was good with a reduced menu, dinning room got very busy. Our breakfast was free. We got the 6:45 bus to the airport, as Air Canada recommended 4 hour check in prior to flight boarding."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel Isola Sacra. The entryway felt welcoming. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast stood out, offering something for everyone—from cereal and healthy seeds to a fine selection of bread, eggs, and bacon. My favorite aspect was the service, particularly from Ambra. Her smile was remarkable, and she made me feel like the only guest she needed to attend to."

"We stayed in a Classic room, which the hotel tells you is a separate entrance. What the hotel neglected to mention was the separate entrance is down outside stairs through a room, up a few steps, through an outdoor courtyard, down a couple more steps and down a small hall to an elevator. That would have been helpful information when choosing a room.
Choose your room carefully.
Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Loved the rooftop bar!! View was amazing, drinks were great and the bartenders friendly! Thought the breakfast was a little lacking in options but the breakfast staff was very helpful. We also left for several hours one day 8-2pm and our room had not been cleaned so we had to forego that which would’ve made our stay more comfortable."
