"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"NO AIR CONDITIONING.
I encountered unbearably hot hotel rooms (30 degrees at night when trying to sleep) and very poor customer service at Vertus Edit.
There is no air conditioning and the windows only open about 4-5cm. In addition there is a building site next door so, when you have the window open, you get noise and dust in.
Customer service is very poor. I asked for an early check out due to the heat. The staff told me I could check out, but they would not provide any refund for unused...

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Ausstattung, aber die Kaffeemaschine tat es nicht. Genug Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn es Möbel für den Balkon gegeben hätte.
Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, nicht weit bis zur DLR, würden wir noch einmal buchen."

"The stay at the hotel was good but the receptionist when checking in wasn’t helpful or polite! I had requested a twin room and that hadn’t been allocated and when I called down the receptionist said there was no guarantee of a twin! There are only 12 in the hotel and they were booked!
On a second occasion of approaching reception the receptionist was very helpful!"

"Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included).
The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!"

"Great stay for the price & owner Alex was very accommodating during my entire stay!
Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit),
I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!"

"It was my second time staying at this hotel and I greatly enjoyed my stay as well. The uniqueness of the hotel and its 'homy' feeling are definitely big plusses for me, makes a big change from the big hotel chains. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
