We just needed to unexpectedly crash for one night. This did the trick. It is close to everything we needed, AC and shower were working and it was OK for the price. It is very clean. We did not have hight expectations for 60USD/night.

The place is a dump. Broken toilet broken ceiling fan. No hot water. Only a sheet on the bed ,no blankets at all.Only a bed in the room and that bed was awful.I think the only thing clean in the room were the sheets on the bed. Shower was nasty. Bath fixtures were all corroded. Just dont do it.There are better cheap places to stay.

The property was inexpensive at $110 CAD a night, it was clean & the staff responsive when I asked for a blanket (there were only sheets) & toilet paper. It was close to the beach & restaurants. The pictures are not representative of the space. It is very small & some of the lights do not work. One morning we had no water & the next - just cool water however at least we could shower. Our view was of a cement wall however we did have a balcony.

Do not be fooled by the pictures... unortunately it was not as great as it seemed. PROS: Close Proximity to Ferry, Restaurants and Playa Norte CONS: The rooms were very close to each other and you could hear babies crying,banging and slamming of doors -Bathroom was extremely small- barely enough room to sit down in toilet -bathroom had a very bad smell - like sewage -A piece of hair was found under bed sheets -The room had only 1 bed, there was no chairs or small table

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Low price is not worth it. Place is filthy. Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty towels. Front desk tried to say it was oxidization, but other hotels in area that I’ve stayed at don’t have this issue. Pictures on web not accurate at all. Rooms are tiny, with absolutely no amenities. Place is cheap and location is great, but that’s the only good thing. Inoperable bathrooms. No manager on site to address issues. Place was inhabitable and hotel refused to refund our money without us being able to stay one night of our 5 night booking.

Me cancelaron el hospedaje 1 hr antes del check in, argumentado que el hotel estaba dañado por el paso del huracán, me contecte con xpedia y resuelto que era mentira tan solo habían vendido mi habitación, como no me iban a reembolsar me acomodaron en una habitación sin balcón, que solo tenía agua hirviendo (no me pude bañar) no hicieron la limpieza, las sábanas estaban rotas, y para colmo excesivamente sencillas. Mi recomendación es que por $2000 más pueden adquirir un mejor hotel con alberca y mejor ubicado, y si el plan es austero, en isla mujeres no conviene comprarlo con anticipación, es mejor llegar y buscar, está lleno de hospedaje sencillo. Le doy cero estrellas a este hotel, el peor en el que me he hospedado. la isla está hermosa, nos hospedamos dos días y en este momento estamos en Cancún, en un hotel divino, con comida exquisita, y muy económico.

Mi opinion es muy mala , ellos mienten diciendo que tienen una buena propiedad , es no segura , en una ocasion se fue la luz y nos dijeron que lo resolverian pronto , al regresar de la playa no habia nadie en el hotel , recogieron la computadora se llevaron todo estabamos sin luz y solos en el hotel , tuvimos que llamar a expidia para tratar de solucionar wl problema y gracias a dios ellos estuvieron hablando con nosotros todo el tiempo, nos ubicaron en otro hotel con muy buenas condiciones , creo que eso no se hace , debia haber quedado alguien para informarnos de la situacion que habia , es muy triste que sucedan cosas asi , no le haremos sugerencias a nadie sobre ese hotel por la amarga experiencia que hemos tenido , fuera de nuestro pais y desorientados nuevamente gracias al servicio de expidia ellos hicieron muy buen trabajo y les agradecemos mucho y al hotel pesima hospitalidad y las habitaciones no tienen privacidad ni ventilacion e iluminacion , muy desagradable estadia no viisitaremos mas el hotel y si tenemos que sugerir a alguien le diremos que es el peor lugar donde hospedarse 👎
