"This property has horrible food and service! The Presidential Suite looked nothing like the photos shown on the website. Our “living room” had a murphy bed and a dining table...no sofa! The sinks in 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were clogged and the shower water would leak out of the shower doors! This hotel is not a 4 star property at all or even close to it! We stayed 5 nights and only 1 out of the 2 elevators on our wing worked with no sign of anyone fixing it at all the entire time we were there....
