I only ever had one slight challenge where it was not communicated before hand that we couldn’t take Amazon deliveries directly to our apartment. "Beautiful spacious room with separate living area and massive master bath suite and another half bath off living area. Location is great for walking to several places as well. Louis Louis is a beautiful on site restaurant/bar we loved between 2:00 and 5:00 for bar. Check out Canoe bar about 10 min away for a most beautiful evening in the 54th floor overlooking the city. Great for a special night out. "

"They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!"
