"We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary. We found the rooms and beds to be very comfortable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay at a nice hotel like this one."

"This was the coolest hotel ever. Unbelievable location in downtown. So many amenities and attention to details for comfort. Very high end linens and toiletries. Excellent continental breakfast to enjoy from your balcony. Would go back to Toronto just to stay again. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal."

"Very convenient location and comfortable bed, room with ample storage and toiletries Breakfast is described as continental, has to be ordered in advance and is delivered to the room There is limited choice but the items are fresh However it may be helpful to check every evening that the order has been registered and also to remind the staff if it is not delivered at the time requested If returning late in the evening be aware that it may be some time before the bell is answered Staff numbers...

"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"
