"Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."

"We stayed two weekends, 23rd and 30th The staff were very good at their job. When we were staying above incredibly volatile and inebriated guests on the first weekend, it was dealt with quickly. Unfortunately the next night another guest set off the fire alarm at 1am. The second weekend was faultless- thoughtful guests same excellent staff Clientelle interesting, staff incredibly professional and kind. Under refurb, so slightly odd vibe, the price was very good because of it. Close to...
