"Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage. "

"The rooms were decent and cleaned regularly, which I appreciated. However, there was a lack of consistency with what was restocked daily, which became noticeable during the stay. Room service was quite disappointing. Each time I ordered, the wait was around an hour, and unfortunately, the food often arrived cold. The resort itself felt limited in terms of activities, with most things closing fairly early and not much variety available throughout the day or evening. Dining was another downside. Every restaurant had about a one-hour wait just to be seated, followed by an additional 30–40 minutes before food was served. On top of that, the quality of the food was underwhelming overall."

"Very nice and large studio with a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner electric stove. Utensils, glassware and some pots and pans provided. AC works great. Large bath. Very clean except for a dusty porcelain tile floor. Beachfront with great view, quiet and secure and conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. A little far from where most restaurants are located so that a taxi or golf car rental is needed. There are however 3 casual restaurants within walking distance. There is a small grocery store within Cap Cana that needs a taxi or golf cart ride. A larger well stocked supermarket is located outside Cap Cana on the way from the airport. There are a large pool and a small kids pool."
