"My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and spacious and modern. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. We also used the self parking lot and the parking lot was new and lots of spots available."

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...
