"This accommodation was nice, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. I never had to wait for a toilet or shower, and it was nice to have a hot tub - I had it alone for an entire hour. There isn’t any parking, but it is near a parking garage. It’s also near a Bonus grocery store and the main kitchen in the lobby has a few nice touches to help you prep some food (kettle, fridge, microwave, drinks, etc). The only complaint I have is that it’s advertised as soundproof pods, but I feel...

"All the staff were Great answers all our questions. Our Hotel room was a nice size & clean.Breakfast was fine wished the Orange Juice would have been freshly squeezed rather than out of a machine. We went on a few Trips that were Fantastic like the Flyover theatre & The Perlan Museum that we both Enjoyed. Iceland is an expensive place to visit. Eating out was pricey The Taxis were very Expensive"

"Great location, clean and very helpful staff. Bus stop 13 is right outside the hotel and very convenient"

"Staff were great. Polite, helpful, attentive. Breakfast was great too with lots of variety."

"I liked the location, right in the harbor, where the whale watching boats are. I liked the ambience, the hotel has charm and character. I liked my room, clean and functional, very nice modern bathroom. There was decaf in the room!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely view from our room and the location was perfect for getting around town. We were close to restaurants and right across the street from bus stop number 5 which is where lots of tour buses offer pickup. The room was small but comfortable. The only issue was the design of the shower. There is no drain pan so you have to get creative to keep the floor from flooding. We enjoyed drinks in the Sky Bar a couple of nights. Staff was friendly and offered...

"Location is very convenient, close to everything. The walls are thin so be mindful of that and respect quiet hrs but other than that, it was easy to check in/out. The showers/toilets were always clean. The bedrooms are small but if you only need to sleep for a couple hrs I think it’s perfect because you have privacy and enough space for your belongings. There is no front desk but I believe you can message them with any inquiries - I tried to request a fresh towel and received no response but...

"The location was perfect, really perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff was helpful and booked us a fun whale watch. The room was very nice and they served a wonderful breakfast."

"Always stay here when I’m in Reykjavik!"

"Really loved our stay."

"Really comfortable stay, nice room and helpful staff. Awesome location with tons of restaurants around. Street parking was close and easy. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Saga!"

"Super ubicado , lo único es que no hay estacionamiento cerca, pequeña la habitación que nos dieron para 3 personas"
