"Nowhere to store our luggage. There were a handful of lockers but too small for a suitcase and they were all taken anyway. no early check in despite the website saying it was available for purchase. no staff on site to help. We left and booked another hotel. We would absolutely love a refund as we didn’t even get to use our room."

The only issue is that if you stay one day they do not provide you towels, you can rent one for 500ISK but this is not mentioned in the information provided. You will discover this only once you check-in and if the reception is already closed you risk not to get them."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is perfectly located to be able to walk around the shopping and restaurant part of Reykjavik. The dormitories were perfectly adequate, though if you're not very limber, you might want to request a lower bunk and not an upper one. Bathrooms were very clean and lots of lovely hot water."

"Staff was great. Good communication for after-hours check in. Difficult to find the entry when I got there, though, as there was no on-site signage, and the instructions were just to find the “correct” entrance as there are two hostels in the building. Place was clean and the bed was good. No big lockers for bags which was tough. Also very noisy and noise travelled through the hallways and into the rooms. "
