"The staff was helpful the bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed maintenance shower/tub had mold around the tile. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. The free airport shuttle was a definite plus."

"Clean rooms and helpful stuff. We could leave our luggage before check in and stay in the outdoor pool after checkout and take a shower at the pool-house. Very good resturant with a free suttle service nearby. The air conditioner in one room was too weak for summer, in another room was excellent. The 15 euro fee for airport shuttle for one person seem alot since it is a 3 min. drive."

"Hotel Arlechino is in a very convenient location super close to the bus, train, and vaporetto stations. We knew we needed a close by location to other transport hubs as we would be flying from Marco Polo airport, visiting Murano & Burano, and going to Florence. If you’re looking for a central location to other areas in Italy this hotel checks off the boxes. I lost my luggage and the airline was able to deliver it to the Arlechino. When the luggage was delivered the hotel placed it in our room....

"Cavalletto is a beautiful hotel in a unique location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and elegant. Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast service was awful. We woke up early, with enough time to eat and then leave to the airport, but one of the ladies in the restaurant did not allow us in because they had an issue in the kitchen. The dining area had many people eating already; we explained that we had to leave but she yelled at us and returned...
