Always friendly, helpful, and attentive – it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted every moment of our stay to be perfect. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."

"We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!"
